Every now and then when Geraldine and I have a moment we love to browse in

beautiful boutiques, gift shops, jewelery studios and any place where the passion of the owner is evident. It doesn't always mean a purchase but it does give rise to inspiration when we are looking for the perfect gift or when someone asks for recommendations on where to find something specific. Whether it is having a ring remodeled, finding the perfect shoes or basics for adding to the capsule wardrobe.

There is just so much choice in the retail sector and yet when in midlife you are trying to find something different, something inspiring or special we all love recommendations from friends who have similar tastes. So, this is where the list below has come about.
