Privacy Policy

To the best of our ability, Wisanow is dedicated to providing you with privacy and a safe and secure environment. Due to the nature of the Wisanow website (“the site”) we will obtain, use and disclose certain aspects of personal information provided by you. This policy sets out the guidelines behind the use and disclosure of that information and by entering the information and utilizing the site, you agree to the terms of such policy.

Information that is collected

1. Personal information, including address, contact phone numbers, email address and personal circumstances, is collected for the purpose of maintaining the accurate and effective delivery of our services and the normal use and continued improvement of our site.

Your email address is used for sending username and password information if you request it, renewal reminders in regard to subscriptions/memberships and to any extent further agreed to during the joining process you completed to become a member of the site.

All other personal details will only be used within the agreed to parameters and in the administration of the business of Wisanow. These details may be provided by you upon joining as a member of the site or during surveys, contests or other activities within the community.

2. Non-personally identifiable information including your IP address, browser details, pages visited and number of visits will also be collected. This information does not identify you personally and is simply collected for assistance with the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the site.

3. Any emails or comments/observations made to us about you by other members or individuals utilizing the site. These may be in the form of complaints, testimonials or general data that is supplied. Any such activities will be dealt with in accordance with our terms and conditions.

4. Credit card details will be collected using a secure payment system. These records are not kept subsequent to their use strictly in terms of payment requested by you.

5. Cookies are small pieces of data stored by our browser in your computer’s hard drive. We use cookies to store your personalized settings on the site and do not store any other personal information in cookie files.

Disclosure of that information

1. We will not disclose any of your information without your permission.

2. No member will have access to another's personal information or details except to the extent permitted by each member during interaction on and with the site. That information may be disclosed in chat, discussions, network pages or anywhere else on the site; however this will not be done by Wisanow and is at the complete discretion and responsibility of the member involved.

3. The only conditions upon which we will disclose any information without consent is when required to by a legal authority presenting any orders or decrees of the proper jurisdiction.

Member Disclosure or Deletion of Information

1. Individual members will from time to time submit notes, messages, posts, stories, feedback, testimonials and other content to the site. Such content must be in accordance with our terms and conditions and will become the property of Wisanow. This content may be used by the site for promotion, display and publication to the extent permitted by you in the submission of such material.

2. Members are able to access their information 24 hours a day and delete, modify or amend that information in the Manage My Membership area of the site. Members wishing to remove their information from the site may contact us with this request and this will be done at the earliest opportunity.

3. Members wishing to cease from receiving communications from the site may also contact us requesting their removal from that mailing list.

Security of Information

1. Wisanow will make every effort to maintain the ongoing security of the site and all information stored within the database. While we take all reasonable steps towards ensuring there are no security breaches, we cannot guarantee the safety of the information you provide or disclose online.

2. Individual members accept the natural security consequences of disclosing information online and indemnify Wisanow in respect of any security breaches unintentionally made.

Pricing Policy

Platinum Membership and all products in the High Street attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 12.5%. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars including GST but excluding freight charges. All prices are accurate at publication, however Wisanow reserves the right to alter or increase prices or to introduce new prices on our products at any time. Any such changes will be published in advance on our website. Specials and promotions on our website are exclusive to our Platinum Members and apply to online and phone orders only.

Delivery Policy & Customer Service Contact

We will make every endeavour to have your order dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that the expected delivery times depend on the availability of your order, your location and acceptance of payment. The delivery times are estimates based on third party calculations (Courier Companies) and we do not hold any responsibilities for the delays in delivery.

Within New Zealand: Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier and will be charged according to weight. The estimated time of arrival for your order once payment has been validated is 3-5 working days. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Overseas Orders: For orders to be shipped outside New Zealand, Wisanow will contact you via email to confirm your order and to arrange the preferred method of shipping. Upon acceptance of the freight cost your order will be dispatched. All delivery costs will be quoted in New Zealand dollars. Wisanow will not be liable for any import or customs taxes that may apply to your order.

In some instances, deliveries may be dispatched directly from our suppliers. Wisanow will only work in this manner with reputable and practiced businesses. Should you not receive your courier package within 3-5 working days within New Zealand or 2 -3 weeks for Overseas Orders, please contact us on +64 021 931 045 or +64 021 977 288.

Refund Policy of Subscriptions

Our policy is to promote goodwill and understanding within the wisanow community. If you conclude that your subscription to our Platinum Membership does not represent what was offered, we will gladly refund the unused portion of this membership calculated on $1.87 gst incl. per unused month. To arrange a refund please contact us here giving your reason for discontinuing and your postal address, and we will post you a refund within 7 days.

Customer Satisfaction and Returns / Refunds

Wisanow is committed to providing customer satisfaction. We are proud of our products, service and our customers. If for any reason you are not 100% happy we would like to know immediately so that we may correct this. We are constantly reviewing your feedback to improve and enhance your shopping experience. If you would like to tell us what you think please send us an email to info@wisanow.co.nz.

As a Wisanow customer, you can be assured that we will refund by payment option originally used or exchange any goods that you are not happy with. Any items returned will need to be received by Wisanow in shop condition with original packaging and all related documentation within 14 working days of the invoice date.
If any part of your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not the correct product please notify us immediately and we will organise for the item to be collected at our expense and a replacement product sent to you.

Exchanging sizes, colours etc is simple upon the return if the product is in shop condition and the availability of an appropriate alternative. Should a replacement not be available we will happily refund your money.

Should any product fail we would do everything possible to see that the manufacturer fixes or replaces the product to your satisfaction. As Wisanow is a New Zealand retailer you can be further assured that we must comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act administered by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
