Created by New York Times best-selling author and founder of the Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching, Debbie Ford, this one day guided interactive workshop is a transformational experience into the dark and light characteristics that live within each of us.

 

In this one day guided interactive workshop you will:

• Understand the concept of the unrecognised shadow and its sabotaging and limiting effects on the self
• Find a new level of self acceptance and peace of mind
• Discover your most precious assets, the light qualities hidden beneath the conscious mind
• Venture into a process of self-discovery that will change the way you see yourself and the world around you

Note: Viewing of the Debbie Ford produced movie, The Shadow Effect, is a prerequisite to attending the workshop. Copies available for viewing.

Facilitator: Jenny Devine is a Certified Integrative Coach trained by Debbie Ford at the Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching in the USA and has an M.A. in Consciousness Studies from the University of Philosophical Research in Los Angeles.  In 2009 after living in New York for five years Jenny returned to New Zeland and established a  leadership coaching and training business in Auckland.  Jenny is a former registered nurse who worked in management roles in the health sector for 10 years before co-founding and co-directing Harper Devine, a health consultancy and training business.  Jenny is married with two teenage sons.

Jenny believes that the peace of mind which so many of us seek (usually unsuccessfully) can only be found by turning the “camera lens” inward.  Jenny’s work focuses on self-leadership. “In the chaotic world of the 21st century there has never been a greater need for us to fully evolve our consciousness by learning to accept, embrace and ulitmately make peace with ourselves. Embracing the shadow is one of the speediest routes to get us there.”
