It is about learning more about you, what suits you, what enhances your best features, and about investing in certain items and making those correct purchases that can help you create more combinations than ever before and look great quickly! What a concept! This was a skill that did not come naturally to me. I truly was the worst-case scenario in the planet. I had an extra room besides the master bedroom wardrobe and half of my partner’s wardrobe space, thinking I was so stylish owning so many clothes. Frankly, I now think all I was doing was displaying the thousands of dollars I had wasted throughout the years. It was a sad revelation. However, at the same time it was such a relief to finally put a stop to this and get rid of all that clutter that was having a negative impact in my wardrobe. Let your wardrobe represent who you are today!Having clothes that are two sizes two large or two small is not healthy for your self-image. I know that we think if we keep our smaller sizes in our wardrobes it will motivate us to lose more weight and exercise more. This thinking is common and on the surface you can see how this might work. However when you understand the psychology of self-image keeping fit and slim out of punishment is a very short vision. Men & woman who have been extremely successful on keeping fit and staying at their ideal weight (ensure you have reasonable fitness and diet expectations) have achieved and stayed at their goal weight (the most important factor of success) by feeling good all the way through the process. Remember, you cannot dress the past or the future.When you feel good about yourself today (even though you are not at your ideal goal weight), we have a total different mindset and make better decisions i.e. go to the gym, take the stairs instead of the elevator, and eat more vegetables instead of fried food. If we dislike our reflection in the mirror and what hangs in our wardrobe we are producing negative chemicals that affect our metabolism. Enjoy who you are now.. regardless of the end goal!Now we underst r this items in many different ways, add a couple of accessories and new items to mix and match, than wearing clothes that do not represent and celebrate who you are today!How can we get rid of the ChaosIngredients:

Smaller or (larger) sized clothing. I know this can be a toughie one as this is so common with women. You don’t need hanging reminders that depress you because you are not at your ideal weight. About 90% of our clients have changed shape so their ‘skinny’ clothes will never look good on them again. Women change shape four times in a life-time. Only have in your wardrobe what makes you feel good ‘now’. These items can later be categorised into 2 piles: 1) Swap party or Opp shop (will show you how to hold a fabulous swap party) 2) Or gifting Get tough, as in our next tip you will see how you can create positive energy out of these clothes.2: Mending Pile: stains, need to repair or really tired clothes. Give them thanks for their past use and wave them goodbye. Create greater good and give them to charity or do the environment a favour. - Now don’t be surprised if this pile becomes the smaller of all.
