A Sparkling Occasion

On a balmy night in Auckland, relationships between Australians and New Zealanders warmed considerably.

What started as a chance encounter by Rae with a renowned Australian jeweller in her boutique on the Gold Coast gradually morphed in to a sparkling cocktail occasion in Auckland. Diamonds International Award Winner, Ann Middleton, www.middletonscreations.com.au, presented her stunning collection and regaled guests with the story of her truly interesting life, including being awarded the Order of Australia.  Attended by friends and acquaintances of the lovely hostess Joan, and friends and colleagues of wisanow founders Rae and Geraldine, it proved that sparkling jewellery and champagne are made for each other.

One of the highlights of the night was the win by wisanow member, Sheryl Farmer, of a gorgeous pearl bracelet donated by Ann for the occasion.


Talented media coach, Louise Pagonis, MC'd the evening with a finale of spot prizes donated by members of the Women In Business networking group. A surprize win was by a wonderful photographer of a prize from Mink photography for a portrait.  Lynn Clayton was thrilled as she said, "when do I ever get anyone to take a photograph of me?"
