Midlife Style & Me - Rae
Woman to Woman -There are experts in every facet of fashion and style giving us such differing advice as to what works for us as we transition through the different stages of a woman's life. Sure our bodies change, and sure our skin tone changes and yes we change inside too with the years. But as this happens we develop more of a sense of who we are and what we do and don't like. And, what I am learning as I research this life interest of mine; none of it is wrong. Not if it comes from inside as a reflection of who we are and is an accumulation of the years of experience, of trial and of error. Years of fashion mistakes, mistakes with hairstyling and makeup that doesn't work only defines for us who we are so that we can reflect this through our dress. Because this, at fifty something is a reflection of our personality.
Still, it is never too late to add to our knowledge and this is what this column is about.
I am given free rein to indulge my thing which is anything to do with fashion, style, shopping, beauty tips and styling tips which translates to giving you - our viewers, the findings of my forays into what works in these areas for midlife women.
