So are you a Single Baby Boomer?

Once you were half of an automatic party of two. Divorced, widowed or sans significant other, the title changes but the end result is still the same, one day you became single suddenly.

Relationships with family and married friends stood through your separation into recovery. Now you’ve become the fifth chair at restaurant tables and the seventh seat on a theater row.

Somewhere along your solo journey, a recollection of your independence begins filling the space once reserved for memories. Suspecting single suddenly individuals are less of a minority than it seems, socializing with lifelong friends; you finally decided to seek liaisons, to make contact with others revitalizing their lives.

As you can see, we have been there; or maybe I should say, I’ve been there. In 2002, a fatal car accident crashed my married life and I became single suddenly. My journey from 2002 until today was easier because of a network of amazing people. That network was an incredible gift, a gift and resource worth growing and sharing. So join us, share your thoughts and participate with Single Suddenly today.

Thank you for reading; we all look forward to hearing from you!

All the best,

Martha Viland
