Gavin's main goal is to help his clients realise their full potential. As the acknowledged 'Team Trainer', Gavin constantly keeps abreast of changes in the industry and keeps his team and his clients appraised of these changes.
Born in Zimbabwe, Gavin moved to New Zealand with his family in his teenage years. He embarked on a sales career in his early 20's and became very successful in export in the 1970's.
Entering the real estate profession in the mid 80's, Gavin rapidly developed a large client base who enjoyed using his expertise to develop a growing level of wealth through the accumulation of investment property or the development of real estate.
Progressing from the sale and marketing of the normal house and land packages, Gavin has assisted various developers complete secure multi-home enclaves and sold out Howick's first apartment blocks and several subdivisions.
Gavin's natural ability to communicate and help his clients is what he enjoys most about the profession. He is always available for knowledgeable advice and is often sought out by both clients and team members alike.
