Sybil Says....
Having

seen a once not too bad body start deteriorating in my late 50’s and having to keep going up in sizes at the shops, and watching Gok and Suzanne & Trinney on TV, I decided that I didn’t need to have lost my vigour for life or sensuality just because I was hitting 60. The Company I worked for was partly sponsoring the Buller Marathon and there was a chance to run in the relay which was 10Km. Not being one to miss out on a fun weekend and having missed out the previous year I decided to set a goal and started pounding the streets. (Not that this is what you need to do) but it was the catalyst in starting to get back into shape. I now walk and ride a bike and the occasional run. Gradually I was able to throw away all those baggy clothes that covered a multitude of sins and start getting back into more fitting outfits and even showing a bit of cleavage and feeling great about it.
I learnt how to rejuvenate my wardrobe with some new jewellery and accessories. The comments I was receiving from everyone really spurred me on and made me realise there must be a multitude of women out there who would have similar stories but not had the courage to tackle it, so maybe because I had had some success I could share this with some of them and make them proud to be a sexy woman again.

Recently,I ran the Auckland ½ Marathon for the first and might I say last time, but realised the importance of setting goals in life and having something to strive for.

I feel it an absolute privilege to be able to encourage and help other woman achieve some new goals in their lives after the age of 50. I feel these are going to be the best years of my life and I’m passionate about making that happen for others.
