It’s now time that I share my secrets with the rest of my sisterhood because we all deserve to feel amazing and the odd compliment does not hurt. As many of you know I have dedicated my adult life to understanding how our hormonal system regulates our body. Checking our hormone levels as well as detoxing and eating well are basically what make a body strong and therefore our mental health. A truly harmonious state. Eating well by maintaining a balanced diet is important. Thisincludes more protein than carbohydrates throughout the day, and obviously I try to eat healthy green meals at night. I do not deprive myself of anything but it is also about moderation. Having a glass of wine will always be part of my lifestyle but I do not make a routine out of it. There is no need to also give up caffeine , but I learn to enjoy it with trim milk and a minimum amount of brown or raw sugar. As busy and hectic as my schedule is, I always seem to be able to fit in exercise even if that means missing an episode of the mentalist. We live in a beautiful country and my lovely walks by the beach are so rewarding mentally as well as physically , I would not miss them and I do recommend them. Any sort of exercise produces and increases seratonin which we call “the happy hormone” therefore your energy level increases and it also improves the amount of collagen in our skin Doing regular facial fitness has done wonders so join me in the clinic for a fun session of facial training… Great results and a fun time!
